Author of whimsical, historical fantasy
Caitlin has been writing stories since she could hold a pencil. Author of everything from the sci-fi graphic novels she passed around to classmates in the fifth grade (her rabbit-goat alien people were captivating) to a domestic violence series as a journalism major in college; her first job was writing museum exhibits, and she’ll always be thankful for the research necessary for the Civil War exhibitions that have informed her love of history and lore to this day.

What genres do you write?
Primarily historical fantasy fiction — as Daniel Webster said, “There is nothing so powerful as truth, and often nothing so strange.” Magical realism, the occult, and the sides of life that often get overlooked can be found throughout my work.
Is your debut novel a standalone?
No; it’s part of a trilogy! More information forthcoming soon.
